Return Policy

We really hope you love your items you ordered, but just in case you aren’t happy with something here is everything you need to know about returning!

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, and beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund/credit.

Return shipping is the customer's responsibility UNLESS it was a shipping error or a defective item.

Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
